In addition, BPI Concepts is not a company that will be all things to all people. The primary focus is on where the "work happens". Organisational planning and strategy is not within BPI Concepts' capabilities. However, the "how to" implement these strategies and plans in an effective manner is of primary interest to BPI Concepts.



Business Analysis "Plus"

In most organisations the Business Analyst role is usually limited to upfront solution definition. As BPI Concepts employees are people with multidisciplinary skills, we are able to offer a service that sees a project through to final delivery as indicated in the service delivery model below.

The advantages of this approach include:

  • Minimises "learning curve" losses in transference to other team members
  • Ensures intimate knowledge of the subject matter
  • Accountability and commitment to a successful delivery

BPI Concepts has tools and templates available for use at each stage of the service delivery. Alternatively BPI Concepts can adapt to a client's methodology if required. In addition, if a client has the appropriate in-house capability, the required element of the service delivery methodology may be omitted from the BPI Concepts scope.

ISO9000 Series System Setup

"I don't think ISO9000 would exist, currently, if it hadn't been for marketplace coercion. You comply or we don't buy. There is no evidence of its efficacy." 2

The sad truth to this statement leads many organisations to the view their quality system as an "extra requirement" that must be endured rather than embraced.

BPI Concepts can assist clients in developing business processes that satisfy ISO9000 requirements as well as being useful to the organisation in eliminating or minimising waste in meeting the expectations of customers and/or other external parties. After all, the original intent of ISO9000 was to ensure repeatability and consistency in business practices!

In addition, BPI Concepts can work with a client's accrediting/ auditing body to ensure that non conformances and action items are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.
